Last weekend, I participated in the Misano stage in Italy. I had some unforeseen things in the first training, where I suffered a fall, but, I was able to recover in the following training, and in the qualifying, I got the 11th position.
At the start, I had problems again, and I lost three positions. However, I managed to find a good pace in the first few laps and I recovered some positions.
I ended up losing contact with the first peloton, but I stayed in the fight for the intermediate positions, and in the tenth lap I managed to reach the sixth position.
Unfortunately on the last lap, I ended up bumping into two other riders, and although I managed to avoid the crash, I lost two positions and crossed the finish line in the eighth position.
It was a good recovery race and I managed to score important points in the championship. I believe that in the end, the Misano stage was great, and it was a great learning experience.
Now, I'll prepare for the next leg in Aragon. During this week, I trained in Malaga, and will continue my preparation this next weekend, in the circuit of Jerez de la Frontera.
I hope to close the season with a satisfactory result.
See you soon, guys!
