I'm going to tell you how I'm preparing to be totally prepared to the new season.
Now, I have to go to high school, so I can't train in the morning, then, in the afternoons, I train and study. During the week, I alternate the gym, running and bike.
At the weekends, I train on bike. Now, most of the time, I'm riding motocross to improve my physical performance and to be well prepared.
I'm really looking forward to the new season.
