Buenos dias, Que pasa?
I try to learn some Spanish to speak with my Spanish friends on the paddock. It's difficult to speak another language but I like to try, especially when it goes better and better. The same feeling if you make progress on the bike, like I did last weekend at Brno.
On Wednesday we arrived and on Thursday we (together with Dani from Red Bull) made a lap around the track and I really liked it. On Friday we started the weekend with the free practices and from then on to the races I went faster every session.
The first race was difficult. I had a bad start and came in a group that fought for tenth position. I was constantly leading the group and I felt I was the fastest rider of the group but it was impossible to escape. At the end I finished 13th and it's not the position I ride for but the race was okay.
Also in the second race I had a bad start. I went in to the first corner from about 20th position but before the second corner I was already in 12th position. My pace was very good and I rode to 9th place.
Together with Aleix Viu I had a nice battle which unfortunately I lost in the last corner. However it was a strong race and I'm happy to be back in top-10 after my seventh place in Jerez.
I want to thank the guys from Red Bull for their help and see you in Silverstone.
