Sander Kroeze Misano

Blog | Sander Kroeze loving the atmosphere in Misano

Hello everyone,

Here I am for the final races this season. I'm excited to ride them. What a blast this year was. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. Although I had a tough start to the season. I fought hard for the points and have learned a lot of our trainers. I want to thank them for this season and this opportunity to race in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup.

The best race result was at Assen, my home track, where I got some points on Sunday.

Misano GP was also pretty cool, even though I had a bad start of the race, but at the end I was faster than the riders in front of me. I was devoted to get some points but I didn't get any.

The event is huge, with a lot of visitors and a great vibe from around the track. The racing fans are dedicated, and are completely nuts compared to the Dutch fans, which are always at ease and very calm. It is cool to experience that when riding on the track. Motorsport lives a lot in Italy.

In the ADAC NEC Moto3 cup where I ride, the last race will be held one week later, during the British Superbike races on the TT Assen circuit. After that my racing in 2016 is officially over. Unofficially, the season never stops, because you always have to train.

I'm looking forward to the last two races in Aragón. Where I hope to get some more points. We trained hard this year on and off the bike, because racing motorbikes is more than only riding and gaining experience.

I'm also looking forward to next season and I hope I can compete in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup again.

Greetings,

Sander #36
