Hello at all,
I tell you my experience in Misano, it was a new challenger for me. We arrived in the morning of Thursday and as usual in the schedule established my father and I toured walked the circuit, I liked the layout as well as the paving of the same, it gave me some confidence to be motivated.
On Friday, it is a hardest day, we had to do a lot of work through the free practices to ge the bike ready for racing. In FP-1 I was not convinced that the bike was right and I was not really happy when I was opening the gas. In the FP2 we improve something, especially with the grip and suspension.
Finally in the QP we were not at 100 % . I had to push hard for a few laps to get onto the front row, qualifying second.
On this occasion we ran only one race, it was on Saturday, my start was not spectacular, I was a little behind but I fought to get to the front.
My fight was with Marc, this allowed Ayumu to catch us while Bo with Fabio (until he fell) escaped.
Finally I get past Marc and this allowed me to move forward and closer to Bo, but the bike started giving me some little scares that made me think about the race.
I decided to stay in the second position that was a really good. It was not easy to maintain though as Ayumu came stomping and I had a fun fight with him.
In the end I went up the podium, I was second, I like very much the prize and original boots from Alpinestar.
I thank the whole team Red Bull, to my family and the mechanical Francesc and Santi the support and making the work they do, is very big with me and what they bring to have a chance to live this dream.
I see you in Motorland and I hope to be back on the podium.
