Blog | Noah Dettwiler splashes through his training

Hi people! How are you all doing?

Not much time left and we will be back to racing. Finally!! I am training to be prepared for this season.

I am training hard to be physically ready. I do cycling, gym, running, motocross and more.

My favourite physical training is motocross. It is really fun and very helpful to improve the fitness. It is quite hard and that's why it's a great training. After a whole day of riding motocross, the only thing you want to do is eat and go to bed.

We've been to Almeria Circuit for a couple of days to ride with my 600ccm. I enjoyed it a lot and learned many things. It was great, many riders from the GP paddock have been there as well. Including ex Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup rider Johann Zarco.

Who has also been in my group was Scott Redding. It is great to see these guys riding and how they handle the bike. It's quite funny when you are on the straight or in the corners feeling fast with the 600ccm and then guys like Redding pass you and you feel like riding a bicycle.

Almeria is a great place to train. There are two big race tracks which are completely different.

I really enjoyed the time there. I had a lot of fun and made some good progress. After these couple of days, I will probably need a new pair of boots though... as you can see.

So... I hope you all liked my blog. We will see us soon. Already in three weeks we will be testing on the amazing track in Portimao (Portugal). I can't wait to see my bike and everyone again. I wish you a great time. And please... don't get as dirty as I did in my training...
