Hi Everyone,

Here are some photos showing my training that I have been doing to get mentally and physically prepared for the Rookies Cup season.

The programme includes time in the gym for resistance and strength.

Mornings of bicycle tours to training on various tracks and different bikes. All with the intention of being prepared and not lose the pace of the skills and achieve an excellent job at the beginning and throughout the season.
