Since the season hasn't started yet, I'm training hard for the coming one.
Right now, I'm doing technical guided mountain biking on various terrains: wet, snow, rocks and mud trails. I really like it because all the trails are on the Euganean Hills. I'm focusing on my downhill technique with Giacomo Fogo who is one of the best in this discipline.
I'm also trying to improve the uphill times. I'm recording them on Strava, an app that keeps track of all the data regarding statistics, speed and heart rate.
I'm also practicing with the Flat track bike. It's not easy at all, but it gives me a lot of adrenaline.
In the meantime, I'm trying to improve my strength working out, without forgetting the exercises for maintaining balance and stability coordinative skills.
I'll keep you posted.
