I would like to tell you how I have been training to be prepared for Mugello's race.
During the week, I use to spend three hours every day. Two hours in the gym and after that I go to run. I also train with a motorbike two days, sometimes practicing motocross and others with the minigp 140cc in a very small karting improving the technique, because in Santander there are no circuits to train.
In the weekend we can go further, so I can ride with my Supermotard 450 in bigger tracks like Kotarr in Burgos or with the minigp going to Asturias.
When it rains we change it for motocross without leaving Santander, in a circuit of sand that is very hard physically and is very good to improve my resistance.
As you can imagine, I'm trying to do my best to be fit and prepared for the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup.
