I'm going to tell you how my first training sessions have been on the motorcycle after my injury; a break in the left arm.
I have been training for three days in the CLUA, in Barcelona. I was on a course. During these days I didn't have any pain. The only thing I noticed was that my arm was a little overloaded.
In the morning we trained motocross, we analysed the circuit by sectors to see how we had to do the technique and then we did rounds. After training we ate and, later, we went to the mountain to do any route by foot. It was our daily routine.
