I hope you are well. I miss the races. After this long period of home training it's time to do the thing I like most, to get back on the track and ride a bike.
I try to train as much as possible when the track are open. I train in motocross and flat track because I love it and it's great for the physical and technical aspect.
For cardio training I do a lot of mountain biking with my brother and for strength training my trainer sends me the training by email
This weekend I had a new experience I tried the sidecar cross with a friend, it was really cool (main photo).
I had very good news from the FIM CEV Repsol we will start the season at Estoril the beginning of July and the week after Portimao.
