Last weekend we visited Austin in the Circuit of the Americas. It was my first time in the USA and I enjoyed it a lot.
My qualifying was quite good and I took the fifth position on the grid. My first race went quite well and I enjoyed it a lot. I thought that in the second race I could do it better. It went well until 3 laps to the end. I couldn't avoid crashing to Bradley Ray. From here my apologies to him.
I like the circuit. The end of the start-finish straight is awesome. The rises and falls are also amazing and it has some good slow corners.
The KTM RC 250 R was again excellent. The mechanics had to work hard on the suspensions and they did it very well.
I wish a soon recovery to Yui Watanabe.
See you all in one week in Jeréz. Last year I was on the podium there and I want to do it better this year.
