Blog | Daijiro Sako back to work and pushing hard in Misano

Hello everybody!

Another school year have started and non rest days have begun. Maths, grammar, physics, social sciences...I think anyone knows how it feels.

Last week I was in Misano circuit;

My little brother Hiroshi came with us. We did a little tourism before going to the circuit and we went to Valentino's town.

Now I'll tell you how was the race weekend:

In FP1 and FP2 I felt quite well with the bike and could get a P13 with a difference of one second from the first.
In QP I got a P12, my best position ever.

Everything was going well till the race day; From the very start of the race I noticed that the track was much more slippery and I don't know how, I lost 5 or 6 positions. I could overtake some, but then, I had a Long lap penalty for exceeding the track limits and I finally finished P15.

Tomorrow I'll go to Aragón circuit for the last round of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup 2019. It's amazing how quickly this season has past and I will learn and enjoy as much l can this last moments.
