Blog | Brad with speed but mechanical failure in MIsano

Hello everyone

The weekend started well but ended bad :(

FP1 - Was really good, got some good laps in and got used to the track and the bike again, ended up P8 In that session.

FP2 - Went out in a little group and was getting some good laps in and now dealing comfortable with the bike.

QP1 - Went out with the front group and couldn't get a fast lap in so came into the pits and went back out and don't some laps on my own. Ended up 10th so not too bad but we knew we had the pace to run at the front for the race.

Race – I got a really good start and was up with the leading group of 10 riders and was making my way through the pack when I saw water spraying on the inside of my screen. So I pulled in the pits straight away and found out that the bike had blown a head gasket.

Hopefully the bad luck has run out now and get some good luck in Aragon.

Well done to Karel Hanika for securing the championship at the weekend!

Next race is CEV at Navarro next weekend with Team Larre Sport and looking for a good result.

See you all soon,
