Blog | Alex Escrig with speed but not the results he wanted

Hello readers,

I am writing to tell you that such was the weekend of Assen,

I started a bit lost in the feeling aspect but we finished FP1 in a good position (6th). In the second FP the sensations were a little better, the difference with the first was shortened, but the position worsened.

In the QP I felt super comfortable I had an easy time and could ride with other riders who qualified in the front row but I could not finish a good lap to qualify in front, finally finished the 11th.

In Race 1 I came out normal, placing myself in the first group but I had a fall in the end of the first round.

In Race 2 I started again the same way in the first group and then dodging the fall of a teammate put me last. I climbed up to 13 since I did not feel comfortable, without rhythm and without feeling after the fall.

This weekend we will do our best in Germany and we will work hard to achieve our goals.
