Today I am going to talk about how was my preseason up to today.
I have been training a lot on the bike especially practicing off-road, I have started to do some motocross this preseason and it has been the speciality that I have trained on most.
It is very good to take some resistance and to be strong, in addition I have also been able to train with my teammates of Aspar team practicing the battle of the race a lot.
On the other hand I have been preparing with my physical trainer the specific parts to be 100% in the race weekend.
I had the pleasure of ride in two Endurance races where I enjoyed a lot and fought a lot with the other riders.
