For many years I have been practicing BMX.
For those who don't know it's an Olympic sport and is very similar to the MX but with a bicycle.
The races are very intense, as they last are only one lap and you have to go to the top from the start to finish.
In my town we have a BMX circuit and I train every Tuesday and every Thursday afternoon. In my town there's much love for this sport, and has been practiced for many years.
My training mates compete in different BMX championships throughout Spain and even some in Europe.
This sport helps me to my physical preparation and I also have a great time.
