Hello from a cold and rainy England.
I hope everyone has had a great holiday and new year!
These past 2 months have been very important to me because I can focus on preparing for the 2019 season and also catch up on my schoolwork as I am in my final year at school.
Since the start of December I have been to the gym almost everyday with my trainer Jack to get me as fit and healthy I can be for this season. My diet has changed too where I have smaller meals and less sugar. I have completely taken bread out of my diet and I am definitely feeling the benefits.
Because the weather here in England is not so good, it's hard to do outdoor bike training so I have spent a lot of time riding my supermoto indoors and learning more slow speed bike control. Over the next few weeks I will be going to Spain often to do some more training to get me to my optimum for the test in April.
Everyday I have also been working hard on my school. I have been revising and catching up from what I missed last year so I can get good grades for when I take my exams in May.
