Wow what an awesome weekend Silverstone was. Great weather and really good hard racing.

QP. Not too great, only qualified 14th but all very close on times so was hoping for a good start and a good finish.

Race 1 - Didn't get a great start, but felt motivated and confident. Pushed hard and managed to get up with the lead pack and worked my way into 4th place. Came out of turn 14 and got a high-side and luckily I managed to stay on but just couldn't get back on the pace with the guys at the front so I ended up 8th. No complaints really, but it was a good race and I enjoyed it.

Race 2 - Got a flying start and got up into 6th place by lap 2. Really thought my luck was in. All was going really well and had a good rhythm. The bike just felt great but I got shunted from behind and it caused me to drop back to 10th place. Managed to recover. After the race I took a picture of my fellow riders fairing and it had a huge black mark right across the nose of it. Would have been a great picture if someone caught it on camera. Cant believe we both stayed on. All in all, it was a great weekend.

Just back from my latest British Superbike race at Donington Park where I compete in the Moto3 Motostar class. Qualified 5th, was hoping for better as I was on a really fast lap when I high-sided in a big way and came to earth with a crash. Hope they start producing race leathers soon with parachutes. Man, I was so high, I think I was level with the commentators tower.

Well had a good start and a fantastic race. Taz and I got into a race long battle and by the last couple of laps it was the two of us fighting for the win. Talk about action. It was anybody's race really and back markers played their part as we did our best to pass them and get to the line first. I managed to take the win, but only just. What a brilliant race. My KTM performed fantastically. I have so much trust in the bike and it just runs and handles so well. Cant wait till the next one.

Off to Misano on Thursday. Looking forward to the race, always a great atmosphere in Italy. Big thanks to everyone who supports me, hoping for the best this weekend. Keeping fingers crossed....
