Blog | Jordan in the heart of the battle in Aragon

Hi all,

Can't believe it's the end of the season. Had a good weekend in Aragon and I really enjoyed the Aragon circuit. Open practice went well and was 6th fastest in the wet (strange conditions for Aragon I believe). Qualifying got me 14th on the grid.

1st race got off to a reasonable start and managed to fight my way up to 7th place and was really enjoying the race. It was super close with lots of passing and re passing that's what Rookies is all about. Unfortunately on lap 12 Brad Ray hit the brakes so did Scott Deroue and I was just too close to avoid him so I clipped his back wheel which made me run wide, nearly saved it but ended up in the kitty litter face down.

2nd race also got off to a reasonable good start and had some great dices during the race ending up in 11th place. Not a bad weekend really.

Enjoyed this weekend tremendously and my thanks to everyone at Red Bull Rookies, management and technical. If I have to sum up Red Bull I would have to say its run in a very precise and professional manner. Thank you all so much for a wonderful year full of fun and great memories. I will always be grateful.

Cheers,
