Hi to everyone,
I'm so impatient for the first Rookies Cup training in Jerez. I'm training a lot so I can start the season at a maximum level. For example I'm training a lot with my new Wilier bike, at the Gym, with my CRF250R doing Flat track or Dirt track and also with my KTM RC390 Cup bike, as you will see in the next pictures.
This picture was a week ago when I was practicing some Flat Track. For me Flat track is so important because each lap is different and you need to adapt yourself to it.
I also love cycling, both MTB and road riding. In the lead photo one you can see a beautiful image that describes one of the aspects that say why I like it. Cycling is also a good exercise for me because makes me think a lot, control my heart rate and also MTB gives me a lot of technic for the motorbike.
These picture is training at the Gym, where I'm getting prepared for this season.
I'm, training cardio, core, etc. Gym is important because in the motorbike you need to be strong, at the same time that you need to be at 100% and also thinking.
And this one illustrates the last aspect of my training during the preseason. I also love training the tarmac with my KTM. I train different facts that help me a lot during the season.
