I arrived back home for the first time in 5 weeks.
My last races for the Red Bull MotoGP rookies cup at Aragon circuit was an important weekend for my future.
My feeling for the bike and myself was great but I felt something wasn't enough to battle for the victory. At the end I finished with 4th position.
After that my father advised me that the other riders were more aggressive than I thought and I wasn't intense enough about my deep part of riding. So I watched the Race 1 on RedBull TV and reconfirmed.
Then I realised what I needed and what to do.
In Race 2:
I changed my setting a little bit and it worked in a good way. For the irst 7 or 8 laps, I didn't have a good contact with the bike but when the tank going lighter, I got a better feeling and started to push for the victory.
The last 5 laps was a massive battle and I tried to concentrate to be stay in front and keep pushing myself.
The last lap at the last corner, Fabio passed me by hard breaking so I went to inside as tight as I possibly could and made it past him again in the middle of corner.
I opened throttle to the finish line as fast as I can but by a fraction my speed didn't match his. It was very close for the victory but I finished 2nd.
Overall it was a difficult and fruitful season in Rookies Cup because it was the first year for me.
Thanks to my father who advised me that I could achieve in the race 2 with great battling, though I lost the win. But truly it was the best race ever in my season and I'm very happy that I finished 3rd in the championship.
On this occasion, I thank to you all staff of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. I learned a lot of things. Without your support my racing would not have reached this advanced stage.
For now my tireless ambition is to step forward to the next season in Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup.
See you soon!
